PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Matthew O'Brien, Principal
Dear Parents, Guardians, Staff, Students and the wider St. Joseph’s Primary School Community,
Feast of the Holy Trinity
Sunday 15th June
Invitation to Prayer
God For Us, we call You Father,
God Alongside Us, we call You Jesus,
God Within Us, we call You Holy Spirit.
You are the Eternal Mystery That enables, enfolds, and enlivens all things,
Even us, and even me.
Every name falls short of your Goodness and Greatness.
We can only see who You are in what is.
We ask for such perfect seeing.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be.
Amen.
- Richard Rohr, OFM
Staffing Update
Congratulations to Andrew Miles who has accepted a full time ongoing position with the Vic SES. You might be aware that Andrew is a passionate, generous and highly qualified volunteer with this crucial essential service. I am so pleased for Andrew that he will be able to use his skills and passion in a full time, paid capacity. St Joseph’s loss is our community’s gain.
Congratulations to Sharyn O’Bray who has tendered her resignation from St Joseph’s to explore other pursuits. Sharyn has served our school for a remarkable 27 years and carries with her an intimate knowledge of how our school operates and where things are. Her dedication to our school will be greatly missed.
Both Sharyn and Andrew will have their last day at St Josephs this Thursday. We wish them every success and happiness in the future.
Our recruitment for their replacements begins this week via advertising in The Standard. Please bring these positions to the attention of anyone that you think might be suitable.
