2024 Classroom Teaching Position
Applications are invited from suitably qualified teachers for a Classroom Teaching position for 2024. Graduate teachers are very welcome to apply; a secondment from another school could be negotiated for an experienced teacher.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will be employed under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
The successful applicant will possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace a collegial, team-based approach to teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to deliver the appropriate curriculum to a range of educational abilities, and be able to provide care and support for students whilst supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and its environment.

Cleaning (Vacuuming) Position
Applications are invited for a cleaning position that has arisen at St Joseph’s Primary School to assist with the school vacuuming. The successful applicant will be a part of our current cleaning/maintenance team and will be required to work for 3 hours, two days a week (preferably Wednesday & Friday) 3.30pm to 6.30pm during school terms only. We will be looking for this person to commence work from 18th October 2023.
This job will involve the vacuuming of all areas of the school.
The successful applicant will possess the skills and abilities necessary for this position and demonstrate enthusiasm and have the ability to work largely unsupervised.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children and will be employed under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
The successful applicant will hold a current Working with Children check and will need to commit to undergo a National Police Record Check.
